If so, then you will be on your way to receiving your Conformis customized knee implant. Our imaging team will first review your scan to prepare for the design process.

Based on the surgery date that you entered when you signed up, your knee should be in the design process

Our proprietary Image-to-Implant® software will convert your CT scan into a 3D model by mapping the surface and identifying any diseased areas. Each implant is designed to fit your knee precisely and is matched to the unique shape of your knee joint.

Based on the surgery date that you entered when you signed up, your knee should be in the manufacturing process

Using the 3D model generated from your CT scan, we will manufacture your knee to fit your unique anatomy. At our state-of-the-art facility, we use the latest in manufacturing and 3D printing technology to create an implant and surgical instrumentation just for you.

Based on the surgery date that you entered when you signed up, your knee should be in the inspection process

We inspect each component of your knee to ensure that it meets our quality standards. Each and every Conformis implant undergoes a system of engineering checks and balances. You can rest assured that your implant will be inspected at several points in the process before it is sent to your surgeon.

Your knee should be nearing completion

Based on the surgery date that you entered when you signed up, your knee should be nearing completion

Once complete, your knee will be ready to be shipped to your hospital! Our just-in-time delivery system means that your implant will arrive at the hospital a few days before your surgery. Your hospital will receive one box that contains your implant and patient-specific surgical instrumentation needed for your surgery.
