Conformis Total Knee Replacements

The iTotal^® Identity, designed to restore the natural shape of a patient’s knee, is Conformis’ newest patient-specific knee system. The iTotal^® Identity knee system uses proprietary advanced imaging and design software to deliver a patient-specific, pre-operative surgical plan with a comprehensive set of iJig instruments and patient-matched implants. The knee system is delivered in a single, pre-sterilized kit with surgeon-selected polyethylene inserts.

Building upon the legacy of the iTotal system, there are two options within the iTotal^® Identity knee system – cruciate-retaining (CR) and posterior cruciate ligament substituting, or posterior-stabilized (PS).

Our original iTotal system also offers CR and PS options.
